Communications Committee

This committee is responsible for: preparation of the annual mailing, monthly event flyers, materials for distribution at monthly meetings (this includes graphic design, printing production, mailing); update of this website; preparation of monthly e-mails; preparation of meeting sponsor boards; and preparation of materials for other committees, as needed. Membership Committee

This committee is responsible for: maintaining the current membership roster, as well as cultivating new members; identify/track prospective members; follow-up with prospective member inquiries; send welcome packages to new members; help introduce new members at monthly meetings; and sponsor at least one membership drive to recruit new members each year. Programs Committee

This committee is responsible for: identifying speakers; arranging meeting times/location/menus; gathering information for use in meeting flyers, program handouts; handle pre-event registration; prepare name tags prior to events; handle event registration on day of event.
