TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

LOCATION: Huntington, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, prepare and issue proposals and qualification submissions

  • Develop and prepare presentations

  • Maintain marketing databases including photo library

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral materials

  • Design, prepare and issue email blasts

  • Maintain project files

  • Attend weekly TCT marketing meetings

  • Provide marketing support to all TCT locations

  • Attend pre-approved industry related seminars, workshops and meetings

  • Other administrative duties as required

  • Follow all corporate and department policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of A/E Marketing experience

  • Qualification & Proposal Package development preferred

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience

  • CPSM certification a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude who can also work independently and is self-motivated and success driven, yet able and willing to take direction

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe CS suite (InDesign) and database management is desired

  • Knowledge of Constant Contact a plus

  • Some travel may be required
